I had read the book...and it touches my heart. Prayer is communing with God. He is always available and God never burdens as we share our concerns. Jesus invites us to come. It reminded me again to give everything that troubles us and then the peace is sure for us to have🤗😇Thank you Lord🥰😇🙏

Lily, Thank u for leaving the thoughts after reading, and sorry for the missed meeting and delay. I was out with jooyung and couldnt make it again 😥.. But I would like to share here with you too what I realized.

I was so amazed and touched with the special invitation of Prayers. I read some great initial part of the book.

1. Importance of breathing. 2. You can even lose your life if you stop breathig. 3. PRAYER is like Breathing of Spirit. So it is the key to earn Spiritual power.

“Pray without ceasing.” (살전 5:17, KJV)
This verse came to me for a true meaning. Jesus commanded us this because He wants us to breathe and LIVE!

I also found that Prayer is a great way to communicate with God friendly, and we need to surrender every needs and concerns through it, even small or big thing to bring. If we share our concern or problem with people, we still get worried. But we can comfortably share it with God without worries.

This week I started my pilates class to make my body healthier and I realized prayer is also like exercise, we can do regulary and need to be trained by it until we get used to. Thus I decided to do praying in order to train my spirit.

Good morning! Indeed, prayer is the breathe of our soul. With these precious truths you shared, it only reveals that we all need is Jesus. We are tired or weak if we forget to breathe(pray) spiritually. And so we can have the power and win our battles.
